DIEM LAB RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
 

At DIEM LAB, we value customer satisfaction. Return and withdrawal processes are carried out in accordance with the following principles within the framework of applicable consumer legislation.
 

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, except in cases where there is a legal exception.

The right of withdrawal can also be exercised before the product is delivered.

2. RETURN PERIOD

The consumer is obliged to return the product within 14 days from the date they notify DIEM LAB of their withdrawal.

The product must be sent to DIEM LAB or the carrier specified by DIEM LAB in accordance with the legislation.

3. RETURN SHIPPING FEE

If the carrier specified by DIEM LAB in the preliminary information is used for the return, the consumer shall not be held responsible for the return shipping cost.

If no carrier is specified in the preliminary information, the consumer will not be charged for the return. If the specified carrier does not have a branch in the consumer's location, the product will be collected without requesting any additional fees.
 

4. COSMETIC AND PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS

DIEM LAB products include cosmetic and personal care products.

In cases where the packaging, seal, security tape, or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery, and therefore the product is not suitable for resale due to health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the conditions specified in the legislation are met.

This does not eliminate the consumer's legal rights regarding defective, broken, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly sent products.
 

5. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If the delivered product is:

• different from what was ordered,

• sent incomplete,

• defective due to production,

• spoiled or leaked, or

• has any other non-conformity under the responsibility of DIEM LAB

the consumer's rights arising from the applicable legislation are reserved.

6. REFUND

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedure, the refund will be made in accordance with the applicable legislation.

If the product is delivered to the carrier specified in the preliminary information, the date the product is delivered to the carrier may be taken as the basis for calculating the refund period. The refund is made in accordance with the payment instrument used by the consumer during the purchase and without imposing any additional costs on the consumer.

The time it takes for banks or card institutions to reflect the refund amount to the account may be beyond the control of DIEM LAB.
 

7. FAILURE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT

If the product cannot be delivered due to the consumer providing an incorrect or incomplete address, refusing delivery, or being unreachable, the rights and obligations of the parties will be evaluated within the framework of the applicable legislation.
 

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, costs that may arise in the destination country such as:

• customs duties,

• import taxes,

• local taxes and levies,

• storage and warehousing fees,

• customs clearance costs,

• local import permits,

• expenses incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address, and

• expenses arising from the BUYER's failure to receive the product

may belong to the BUYER unless explicitly assumed by DIEM LAB during the order and unless mandatory legislation requires otherwise.
